匈牙利南界築圍籬阻難民 聯國表關切

（路透布達佩斯14日電）聯合國難民事務高級專員公署（UNHCR）今天表示，每個國家都有權利保護自己的邊界，不過仍對匈牙在毗鄰塞爾維亞邊界上築起圍籬可能限制難民尋求庇護的權利，表示關切。

難民署發言人西蒙（Erno Simon）說：「我們承認，每個國家都有權以其認為必要的工具和方法來保護自己的邊界。」

但在匈牙利關閉與南鄰塞爾維亞邊界上的難民主要通行點情況下，西蒙指出，不可對逃避戰禍和迫害的人形成阻礙是「非常重要的事」。中央社(翻譯)
